FAQ
How will I edit the photo after the family shoot?
We will post-process all the good images with white balance, exposure & contrast only. Heavy editing such as smooth of skin tone, removal of item, slimming and etc are not included. The softcopy images will be returned in jpg format.
How many images are we expecting for the family photoshoot session?
All good softcopies images will be returned. An estimate of 120-150 images for 1 hour of the photoshoot.
Do we provide props?
Yes, we will bring some simples props such as, bubble guns, chalk board, sunflowers and hats.
How long will we expect to receive the photographs?
All edited softcopies images will be returned within 14 days.

Once confirmed, we will proceed by sending you an official invoice.
50% deposit will be collected to confirm our service and the remaining will be collected right after the photoshoot session.
Tell me more about the 40 pages photobook/leather album
You have to give me the trust and full control of designing the photobook. I will choose all the important images to put into the album to make it into a storyline. All the group photos will definitely be in. I will show you the proof of the design to check for any errors before I send for print. Alteration is not allowed. Delivery will be done via DHL to your address or I will deliver to you, depend on the location.
How will all the end-products be delivered?
The end-products will be delivered to you in batches,
When will I receive all the products?
Within 2 months but I aim to deliver within 1 month or shorter.
Do you have any family photoshoot location to suggest?
There are quite a few good locations in Singapore such as Seletar Aerospace Park, Lorong Halus, Marina Barrage, Botanic Gardens, outdoor playgrounds, beach, outdoor water playground, beach, Chinese Garden, Xiao Gui Lin and etc. You may also think of places that you and your family always hang out at or places that are significant to your family.
