Wedding Shoot Location Singapore at Underground Crossing at Fort Canning Park & National Museum - Yunwei & Zhi Qi

Yunwei & ZhiQi had a simple wedding solemnisation at Registry of Marriage with only 2 witnesses and 1 guest. Even with a small number of people, they had a great time together while waiting for their wedding ceremony to be called. While waiting, I make use of the time to do some group shots, mingling around shots, ring shots and many poses shots. Getting married is an important milestone and I truly want to photograph great photos for my couple for them to keep. When inspiration comes, I will usually initiate my couple to have more photoshoot when there is free time before the wedding ceremony.

From 4 August 2020, solemnisation at Registry of Marriage will continue to be subject to a limit of 10 persons. Everyone had to put on their mask and the couple can take out their mask for a while to kiss after the solemnizer had officially declared them as husband and wife. The whole ceremony will usually take around 5-7mintues. For those couples who opt for in-house solemnizations at the Registry of Marriages. From 31 August 2020, all solemnisation will be conducted at the Registry of Marriage buildings at 7 Canning Rise.

After the solemnisation, we head to the Underground Crossing at Fort Canning Park for a photoshoot which took us around 5 minutes of walk there. The spiral staircase there is one of the most popular places for a wedding photoshoot and Instagram photo. Sometimes, when I was there, I will still need to queue to take a photo of my couple.

After that, we went to the outside of the National Museum for my photoshoot. This museum got the European style building for the backdrop which is quite hard to get in Singapore and is suitable for wedding photoshoot for a timeless photograph.

I got to know that ZhiQi was a nurse and I truly respect nurse for their care and encouragement towards the patients.

I want to take this time to salute all the healthcare workers for responding selflessly to care for the patients. Many thanks to their families and loved ones for their sacrifices and understanding.
