Relocation to ROM Esplanade Mall
Hey, soon-to-be newlyweds! Just a heads-up—both the Registry of Marriages (ROM) and Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) are moving to Esplanade Mall! They’ll be on level 3, taking over part of the old library@esplanade space, while their current location at Canning Rise gets a makeover from 2025 to 2028.
Personally, the temporary spot has even more amazing photography areas! After your solemnization at ROM, you can head to iconic spots like the Merlion, Helix Bridge, or Marina Bay Sands for some stunning photos. Here are some examples…
