Booking Terms & Conditions

1. The parties to this contract agree that Vincent Photo will be providing the above mentioned service(s) on the date and timing(s) stated.

2. All deposit/ payments are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for other items.

3. The Client(s) grants full editorial and production control to Vincent Photo regarding all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the sole and absolute discretion of Vincent Photo.

4. Unless otherwise stated, digital enhancement of images includes only white balance, exposure & contrast.

Heavy image alterations which include but not limited to skin smoothing, digital slimming, removing or addition of subject(s) in image etc, are not included.

5. Unedited RAW images will not be returned.

6. Vincent Photo reserves the rights to use work product for portfolio showcasing purposes, and the Client(s)agree that Vincent Photo shall not be required to inform the Client(s), seek the Client(s)’s consent or pay the Client(s) any fees.

7. While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver photography of the events, if Vincent Photo fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event beyond the control of Vincent Photo, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, the entire liability of Vincent Photo to the Client(s) for any claim or loss is limited to a refund to the Client(s) of the amount paid for services.

8. Vincent Photo reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause including but not limited to illness, accident and personal emergency. In such event the Client(s) will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

9. Upon taking possession of the finished product, the Client(s) must inform Vincent Photo of any technical fault with the media file(s) within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the Client(s) will be deemed to be satisfied with the product, and Vincent Photo shall not be liable for any technical faults.
