A Fun Zoo Pre-Wedding at Zoo

Xing Yi & Andrea // Pre-Wedding at Zoo

Xing Yi and Andrea planned to have an animals-theme wedding at the Singapore Mandai Zoo. Their pre-wedding will be done at the Zoo and their wedding dinner will be held at Night Safari Singapore. I was so thrilled when I learned that they are going to engage me as their wedding photographer!

On the day of the pre-wedding shoot, we went for 3 animals locations during their feeding times, Elephants, Zebras and Giraffes. In my mind, I thought the couples were able to be really close to the animals but I was wrong. The animals are just in the background and the closest they can get is 1 arms length while they are feeding the animals. Even though it is quite challenging to shoot due to limited angles and can’t control how we want the animals to react or position. But I really love the way they have fun with the animals.

On 19 March 2022, is supposed to be their wedding day at Night Safari and I was looking forward to it! Unfortunately, I was down with Covid a few days ago. Thankfully, my PG friend was able to take over those affected couples. I'm able to rest as I know they are in good hands.
